General Changes

Analytics

Policies_&_Procedures

  • 20th October: – New option to set up Categories that Policies can be grouped under and viewed on the Home side of the system

PROJECTTEXT_Profile

  • 20th October: – Admin > Project Profile > Settings: New option to set default Project timezone. This will apply to all newly created Projects. If this setting is left blank, the default timezone will be that that of the Head Office project in System Administration settings.

Training_Manager

  • 06th July: – Fix – Remove the resend function for external trainees as their emails do not register on Flex for notification

Online_Training

  • 20th October: – New communication event created, notifying when an Online Training Course has been failed. Notification is sent to employee Supervisor.

Time-Off_Manager

  • 12th October: – Fix – Pagination arrows disable when you reach the limit of entitlement period on Time Off Manager.

Orientations

  • 24th July: – Fix – Course Name now displays on customised certificates as expected.
  • 29th July: – Fix – Location Orientations now reflect name in all areas of the system
